I’m a Certified Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Health Educator, proudly graduating with honors from the National Holistic Institute in 2017. Since then, I’ve continued to evolve in both my technique and my philosophy, always seeking to meet my clients where they are and support them with care and intention.

Over time, I've found that my massage style is especially effective for individuals experiencing anxiety or navigating high-stress environments. My approach is gentle, mindful, and supportive—perfect for those who are looking for therapeutic relief without deep, painful pressure. I strive to create a safe, professional, and welcoming space where clients can truly relax and feel seen. For many, I’m not just a massage therapist—I’m part of their support system.

A little bit more about me: I was born and raised in Santa Cruz, California, and I’m first-generation Mexican American. I'm an INFJ-T and an Enneagram 9, which helps explain my calm presence and deep empathy for others. I’m also a member of the Bridges Social Club, where I enjoy connecting with like-minded people.

In my free time, I love spending quiet days at the beach, swimming, working on puzzles, playing Animal Crossing, and reading on my Kindle. One quote that deeply resonates with me—and guides how I approach both life and work—is:
