Enjoy a personalized massage or personal training session in the comfort of your own home, workplace, gym or destination.

My approach to massage is focused on helping your body and mind slow down and each session is customized to your individual needs, preferences, and wellness goals.

My approach to personal training is empowering you with the tools and knowledge you need to reach your fitness goals. The way I see it, everyone has to exercise every day, so finding a movement routine you enjoy and that also challenges you, is a key for a healthy life. I'm here to help you establish or find more joy in that routine. In the words of Elle Woods, "Exercise makes you happy".

Mobile Massage Serving:

Beaverton • Aloha • Tigard • Sherwood • Lake Oswego

I bring the massage experience to you. You can relax, restore, and fully settle with out rushing through traffic or getting back in the car when your session is over. I have a calming and medically minded Swedish style with techniques that incorporates different skills, knowledge, and tools to help you reach your goals.
