I've always had a fascination with caring for the human mind and body in a holistic way. I've made my career applying all that he's learned to the service of my clients.

In my efforts to better understand wellbeing I drew upon the latest scientific research, as well as the wisdom passed down through generations. I've had a dedicated meditation and martial arts practice for over 20 years and received my bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and East Asian Studies from New York University. Outside of school, I studied as a disciple of a Chan Buddhist monk for four years. I've put myself through any and every experience he could to maximize my potential, studying with various teachers and masters along the way. I don’t say this all to brag (…okay, just a small brag), but instead to emphasize that personal transformation is my way of life.
