I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 9 years. My training includes trigger point therapy, fibromyalgia, prenatal and migraine techniques. I offer many different modalities or services. Some of the basics are listed on the services page, but it would be too lengthy to list all as more are always being learned and refined with continuing education.
I develop treatment plans based on an individual’s needs using Swedish massage as my base. I appreciate that everyone has different goals on any given day, and try to tailor every massage to each individual’s best benefit.
I believe that massage should not be viewed as a luxury, but rather a necessity in achieving whole self-wellness through connection of mind, body, and spirit. I am a strong believer in holistic wellness and the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to work in the healing field and help people achieve their individual goals, whether it be relief from pain, restoring energy and balance, increasing athletic performance or simply relaxation.
