I have been a personal trainer since 2013. As a personal trainer, I enjoyed the work, relationships I created and the ability to create my schedule. I graduated from NOVA Training Center in Annandale, Virginia, 2021. Since graduating, I hold several certificates: Headache and Migraines, Medical Massage, and Cupping Therapy to name a few.

My background in sports medicine, has help me find my path in the Therapeutic Massage. I tend to deep tissue, myofascial work and Mobility movement in my practice. I really enjoy helping people to become better. I work out of home office Paragon Massage LLC, Dumfries, Virginia.

In my off time, I enjoy hanging with my wife and daughter, watch Futbol, grill and hang with friends.
