24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Deposits are Non-Refundable

At Joli Renee Esthetique, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate our clients' scheduling needs to the best of our ability. To ensure a smooth and efficient operation, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy for our services.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. However, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be waiting for an opening.

Please be aware that any cancellations made within the 24-hour window will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable as they serve as a commitment to the scheduled service and help us manage our resources effectively.
