Bella Viva welcomes you to start your wellness journey with us! Enjoy one of the best massages you have ever had!

We feel massage therapy is as vital to your health as exercise and a healthy diet. Your health is a precious gift! Let us help you maintain it so you can feel your best! All too often we take our perfect health for granted until something happens. Don't wait, be proactive! Evidence is showing that regular massages are helping people to stay healthier, recover faster from injuries and even to feel better during cancer treatments.

Experts estimate that 60-90% of disease is stress related. Massage helps us to relax, releases endorphins to make you feel "good", reduces fatigue, and gives you more energy to handle stressful situations.

Bella Viva literally means "beautiful life". Here at Bella Viva we want you to leave all your cares and worries behind to allow yourself the time and space needed to relax the body and mind so that you may restore health and balance. In restoring this balance, life starts to feel more beautiful!

Bella Viva is your personal sanctuary for well being. Here we take the time to get to know you and your specific needs in order to best tailor each treatment to address all that is unique about you. It is our goal to help each person who enters this sanctuary feel comfortable and relaxed. Our focus is to alleviate pain, relieve stress, and improve the health and well being of our clients. Our therapists have from 5-17 years of experience and we love what we do!! We have the most caring, compassionate and skilled massage therapists you will find on Cape Cod.

If you're an active adult, one of your biggest challenges is balancing the demands of your work and home life while maintaining your healthy, active lifestyle. If you're like most of us, you haven't been keeping your balance all that well -and- now you are dealing with areas in your body with chronic tension, stress or pain.

Whether you find yourself dealing with a stubborn injury in your shoulder, low back pain or tension headaches that never seem to go away, finding that work/health balance becomes ever more challenging. It starts affecting your life, your productivity levels and perhaps your sleep.

You may have tried a few things that haven't really worked, you may start believing that it is not possible to get better and this is something you just have to live with. Don't give up!! There is hope...finding an experienced massage therapist can help you restore balance in your body again. The positive benefits of massage trickle into many areas of your life.
