Im Lisa and Im a Licensed Massage Therapist and certified personal trainer. I am very passionate about health and well being. I started my training in 2016 when I became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I worked with many clients in the gym and in their homes. I received certification in nutrition counseling so I can better put together plans for my clients .

In 2019, I started doing stretch therapy. I worked in a spa creating and executing, personalized , one on one stretch sessions. From there, I decided to go back to school to obtain a degree in massage therapy. I studied at the New York College of Health Professions for 2 years and graduated in 2021. I was on the Deans list and earned an associates degree in massage therapy.

I am currently licensed in NY and FL. I am also board certified through NCBTMB. This is the highest level of certification for massage therapists.

I am trained in various modalities; Swedish, deep tissue, medical, sports, pregnancy, oncology, geriatric, trigger point , acupressure and also, some eastern modalities. I studied Chinese medicine and have knowledge of eastern philosophies.

Im also a mother of 3. Im a laid back person and very easy to get along with. I have great relationships with all my clients. I create a massage environment that is non intimidating and non judgmental . I work very hard to create individual treatments plans for each and every client I have, designed specifically for their needs/ailments. I am always studying and learning and with that I am able to evolve my techniques to keep up with current trends and studies. There is no “one size fits all” philosophy with my work.
