Hi, I’m Acidalia (they/them), a licensed massage therapist specializing in nervous system-focused restorative bodywork. My practice is LGBTQIA+ inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly, body-positive, and trauma-informed, creating a safe space for deep relaxation and healing.

With a background in mental health and trauma-informed care, I understand the deep connection between body and mind. My approach blends firm, steady pressure with soothing techniques to regulate the nervous system, ease tension, and promote a deep sense of balance.

Many people believe massage has to be extremely deep or painful to be effective—but that’s a myth. Massage doesn’t need to hurt to release tension and relieve pain. I provide balanced, intentional pressure that works with your body rather than against it, allowing for deep relaxation and lasting relief without excessive force.

I offer Eucalyptus hot towels, herbal hot packs, Reiki, aromatherapy, and weighted eye pillows to enhance relaxation. For those with sensory sensitivities, I provide accommodations such as options to wear your own headphones and a fidget tool for nonverbal communication.

Outside of massage, I love singing, swimming, and spending time with my dog, Albus Stumbledog.
