If you're new here, welcome! If you're not, a few things may look a different! I no longer offer 60 minute full-body services. The body is a magnificent, complex machine. I need more time! If you can't get groovy with that and 60 is your jam, I do have upper or lower body options. I can also refer you to another fantastic therapist I think would fit your needs! I also eliminated the choices. I'm more of a tell me how I can make your day kind of gal. However I can help, I will! No matter what service you purchase! So, I tossed that part.

HEAV Massage is my happy place and I'm here to be the best addition to your self-care routine yet! I read your muscles while manipulating your soft tissue to provide harmony and balance inside and out. Each body is different and will have unique needs. I'll talk with you about the benefits of massage and how you can care for your muscles between sessions. This is a safe, healing space and I look forward to collaborating with you! I'll use things like heated tools, cupping, hot towels and stretching at no additional cost when your muscles need them or at your request!

With so much competition in the field, why take a chance on us? Well, trust your gut! I take pride in my ability to communicate with not only my clients but their muscles as well and am positive you'll appreciate our services! We hold true to our name and deliver top notch Healing, Energy and Vibes!

I've recently started offering a 'pay what you can' service for anyone facing hard times. This is a 60-minute upper or lower body massage on a sliding fee scale with a minimum payment of $40. This is a trial for now. I'm working on a permanent plan to make massage therapy more accessible to everyone! You can find this on the service menu.

Thank you deeply to my clients and return clients that help make this possible!
