Join me at Peace Yoga on Tuesdays 9:30-10:30am for Yin Yoga.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that focuses on holding poses for extended periods, typically 3-5 minutes, to target deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints.
