Sarasota Therapeutic Massage is dedicated to supporting the body and nervous system through intentional, compassionate care. My work focuses on relieving physical pain while creating space for deep relaxation and emotional balance.

Through my own life experiences—balancing the demands of a high-pressure corporate career and raising three teenagers as a single mother—I came to deeply understand how stress, trauma, and emotional strain live in the body. Therapeutic Massage and CranioSacral Therapy were instrumental in my own healing, helping me reconnect with my body and restore a sense of calm and resilience.

Today, I bring that same mindful, whole-person approach to every session. My goal is to help clients feel grounded, supported, and relieved—physically, emotionally, and mentally—so they can move through life with greater ease.
