Here at Knead, we don’t do routines. We talk to you and listen to your needs, we strive to make sure you feel your best each and every time you leave our table or chair.

Are you an individual? We have two locations, one in Manhattan, NY and one in Jersey CIty, NJ. You can come for sessions ranging from 1 hour to 2.5 hours and we never charge you more for different techniques, our philosophy is that all you need to do is relax, not have to make decisions while you are trying to relax, about whether or not to spend another $10 for deep tissue.

Are you a company? Let us come to you and your business! We customize massage wellness programs for companies of every size and dynamic. Not only will your employees feel more relaxed and more loyal, but the benefits are incredible for your bottom line. Its really a no brainer. We also are fantastic for incentivizing employees or recruiting potential candidates.

Are you having an event? We are there for you! Whether it be a girls night in of 5, or a huge sweet sixteen Knead will be there with therapists by the hour. We bring all of our own equipment and do all of the appointment booking so you don't have to worry about a thing.
