Jessica Mari Ayres finished her undergraduate university education in Kinesiology (Pre-Physical Therapy) then decided to achieve a certification in Massage Therapy and Asian Bodywork as well. Since 2016 she has worked with physique and bodybuilding athletes, marathoners, triathletes, combat athletes, as well as medical professionals and many others needing rejuvenation from active and demanding lifestyles.

Jess is a lifelong taekwondo practitioner and currently ranked Top 10 in the World Taekwondo Female Poomsae Athlete Under 40 category. Poomsae are taekwondo forms based on the principles of oriental medicine and philosophy. The aim of poomsae is to improve technical ability, develop strength and power, as well as grace and fluidity.

When it comes to bodywork, Jess's style draws from her taekwondo discipline and blends with her extensive schooling and cumulative therapeutic experience. Her schedule tends to fill quickly, it is advised to book your appointment early!
