After 30 years in the Accounting field, I was drawn to follow my life-long passion utilizing my healing touch with massage. I graduated from a Private School in Tacoma; Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics and have taken Continuing Educational Credits in Advanced Trigger Point Myofascial Release (one of the few schools that actually offer this modality).

I am an Athlete (and Coach) who know the aches and pains we experience and that makes me that much more intuitive to what our needs are with regards to tight muscles and injury treatment. Not forgetting my 30 years of Accounting; I do know the back pain, shoulder knots and hand/forearm tension that office folks acquire.

I am also trained in Swedish massage techniques, however I love to help folks locate the pain and let it go once-and-for-all with TriggerPoint/Myofascial Release!!! The Pain of MY OWN "Accountant knots of 20 years" have been GONE since September 2013. This is very powerful work. If scheduling a Trigger Point Treatment be sure to ask about "Stripping of the Feet" :-)
