Abby is a graduate of Kneaded Energy School of Massage and has a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from UNC-Greensboro. She has been practicing massage since 2014 and implements the use of several different massage modalities. These include Swedish, deep tissue, triggerpoint therapy, prenatal, neuromuscular, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, cupping, and sports massage. She is certified in Ashiatsu OrientalBar Therapy ® as well as fertility massage.

Abby is a empathetic individual with a passion for learning and helping others. She effectively combines relaxation and therapeutic techniques in order to customize her massage practices to fit her clients’ needs. Her massage has been described as intentional, soothing and goal-oriented.
