Terre (pronounced "tair") is the French word for earth. Our bodies, like the Earth, are a complex and interconnected system of elements working in harmony to sustain life. We honor the body through healing techniques that help you let go where you are stuck and become better aligned with your most authentic self.

Claire Sheridan, DC, LMT is the founder of Terre Align, and through this work she hopes to reconnect clients with their own inner landscape, finding peace and serenity in the midst of life's chaos. It is her mission to make her massage studio a safe space to invite more comfort and balance into the lives of others. Through holistic treatments and education she hopes to address posture dysfunction, reduce pain, improve circulation, and promote a feeling of lightness and ease for those that she serves.

Terre Align is located within the wellness collective The Healing Hive (Suite 7, upper level) in Eastown Grand Rapids. Free parking is available in the lot attached to the building, accessible from both Lake Drive and Carlton Avenue.

Dr. Claire specializes in therapeutic massage, gentle adjusting techniques, spinal disc injury, and a holistic approach to whole-body wellness. She strives to be authentic, empathetic, creative, and highly adaptable in everything she does, and is continually humbled by what she learns from her patients. She hopes to be a resource to others and a faithful ally in the journey to healing, balance, and growth.

Experience: Massage therapist (LMT, 2013). Chiropractor (DC, 2021). 8+ years extensive anatomy and physiology training; Associate of Applied Science, Bachelor of Science, Doctorate of chiropractic, Postgraduate NUHS Lumber Spine certification in Cox Technic (flexion distraction for spinal disc injury).
