I am a Certified Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner with over 1,000 hours of training. I offer Swedish, deep tissue, and prenatal massage, as well as therapeutic stretching. I am a mobile massage therapist, so I come to you! In studio sessions can be arranged as needed.

Using a combination of various therapeutic and relaxation techniques, each massage that I give is as unique as the person on my massage table. I highly value health and wellness, and thoroughly enjoy helping others feel relaxed, grounded, and nurtured in their bodies. Massage has transformed my life by allowing me to deepen my mind, body, and spirit connection, and I hope to share the magic with you!

When I’m not massaging, you can find me hanging outside with friends, practicing yoga, traveling, or cooking! I am eager to continue expanding my knowledge, and I strive to live my life confidently yet vulnerably.
