Hey there! My name is Alaynah. I'm originally from Milledgeville, GA, but I spent ten years living in Europe and the Middle East as a pre-teen, teenager, and college student. I moved back to Milledgeville to attend Georgia College, where I received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2021. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. I attended university at Georgia College in Milledgeville and have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. While in college, I studied high-level anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, biology, and biochemistry. I have been fascinated by the human body since I was young and my passion for discovering the depth and influence of functional movement on optimal living has only grown. This led me to Middle Georgia School of Massage, where I graduated as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in 2023.

I am in the process of furthering my education by completing a Medical Massage Certification and a Lymphatic Drainage Certification, and I plan to become a Board Certified Massage Therapist through the National Certification Board for Massage Therapy and Bodywork (NCBMTB) in the next year.

My mission at Integrative Wellness Medical Massage is to partner with my clients to pursue an integrated approach to their health and wellness. Therapeutic & Medical Massage can help achieve a more optimal quality of movement, decrease pain, and improve body function. I enjoy using the skills I’ve learned to educate clients about how their bodies move and assist them on their journey to more optimal movement.

I believe that the Lord blessed me with strong hands and a passion for people to work in a holistic and homeopathic field so that I can help and support others on their journeys of healing and optimal living through movement and massage.
