Hi everyone! My name is Rachel L. Carroll, and I would like to thank you for your support and trust in my small business based out of Denver, CO.

Collectively, I have been in the Health and Wellness industry since 2016, and I am always looking to further (and share) my education and meet new people! Currently, I am a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Strength and Mobility Coach. I have worked with many walks of life ranging from 6-year-olds playing seasonal sports, young adults with physical and mental disabilities, and individuals who have celebrated over 100 years of life! Alongside being a bodyworker and coach, I also am a Master Herbalist, Reiki Master and Mental Health advocate currently studying Psychology.
