Sick Policy

I take the safety and well-being of my clients very seriously. If you have a fever or symptoms of a respiratory illness, please reschedule your appointment. I reserve the right to cancel the appointment if the client's state is perceived as unwell. A face mask will be worn by me at all times to keep everyone as safe as possible.

Payment Policy

A prepayment of 25% will be charged at the time of booking. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled (with 24hrs notice), another prepayment will not be charged. If the appointment needs to be canceled (with 24hr notice), a refund will be given.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice. Canceling or missing your appointment without providing 24 hours' notice is an inconvenience to your therapist and means other clients miss opportunities to receive services they need. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount. No shows will result in a full charge of the reserved service amount. Repeated no shows may be discharged from treatment. It is understood that emergencies do arise. Circumstances on late cancellations will be a case by case basis.
