I am a graduate of KeKino Massage Academy in Plano, TX in 2017. I have over 82 hr of continuing education on Musculoskeletal Alignment Techniques.

I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) in 2024. I am also a Stretch and Flexibility Coach (SFC) to further help the needs of my clients with management of their specific movement issues.

I am available to assist you with a relaxing massage utilizing Swedish techniques and/or therapeutic massage with trigger point and stretching and prenatal massage.

The massage will be catered to each individual for what is needed for that session or continued sessions.
