Irina Whitmer’s purpose is to help others overcome past traumas, limiting beliefs, and any other blocks that keep them from reaching their highest potential.

She resides in Maryland and provides Empowerment Coaching, Free-Me™️ EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, tapping), and The ThetaHealing®️ Technique (energy healing/intuitive healing) sessions worldwide.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology of Management, professional coaching certification from the World Coach Institute, Free-Me™ EFT certification, and eight certifications in different aspects of the ThetaHealing® technique. She’s been coaching and consulting for over 15 years and speaking publicly for more than 6 years.

Irina is also a passionate traveler, having traveled to 17 different countries with her Navy husband. In her free time, she enjoys taking yoga classes and walking long trails with her Siberian husky named Storm.
