After sustaining a severe neck injury and enduring long-term pain and constant discomfort, I found great relief through massage therapy. Experiencing the therapeutic benefits of massage, I knew that I wanted to help others experience the same benefits of massage that I had.

Graduating from Asheville's Center for Massage in 2015, I set out to try to make a difference in people's lives in helping them with their pain. Discomfort and stress rob us of our energy, focus, and enthusiasm for life. Massage therapy helps return the natural balance and peace that your body is seeking.
