With nearly 6 years of elite manual therapy experience in Orange County, I help you perform at your best and deeply recover. My background includes working alongside top rehabilitative teams at Rausch Physical Therapy & Wellness in Laguna Niguel, REPAIR Sports Institute in Huntington Beach, and with the OC Fight Docs at Kessler Family Wellness in Tustin.

I blend advanced clinical techniques like MFD cupping, scraping, and stretching with a restorative touch. Because sometimes, you don't need to keep pushing hard—you just need to decompress and relax. It is completely okay to fall asleep during your treatment; that just means your body truly needed it. Book your breakthrough session today!
