My goal for each client, is for my client to reach their goal. With 10-years' experience, I am constantly striving to stay up on continuing education to bring that back to my clients and staff.

I am certified in Cupping, Heated Bamboo, entry level Reflexology, Pre-natal and Postpartum. I also specialize in headache and migraine relief and Myofascial Release.

I believe that by using my extended knowledge as part of each client's session, we can help to bring relief and relaxation to the body and mind. Working slower with Myofascial techniques allows the body time to respond to the work being done and is a calmer way to help to reset the Nervous System.

I prefer a longer and more in-depth intake process at the beginning of each service so I can work with the client and create a cohesive goal to achieve. I want to educate my clients on their own body and have them leave here with a bit more knowledge than what they came here with.
