I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Massage Instructor, and Physical Therapist with over 10 years of experience in rehabilitation, therapeutic bodywork, and movement-based care. My professional training began in Costa Rica, where I earned my degree in Physical Therapy through a program recognized for its strong clinical foundation and comprehensive approach to patient care.

Throughout my career, I have integrated evidence-based techniques with hands-on therapeutic treatment to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, restore function, and support long-term wellness. As a massage instructor, I have also had the opportunity to educate and mentor future therapists, promoting excellence, professionalism, and effective clinical practice.
