Rachel Cordova, LMT has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011. With a gentle touch, Rachel specializes in soothing therapeutic massage to relieve stress and discomfort. The combination of varying techniques such as Swedish, myofascial release, and reflexology among others, allows for an experience tailored to the specific individual at each visit.

Rachel’s massage career began with an interest in healing arts and a desire to help others. This desire has led to working with many special populations, most recently with hospice and oncology patients. This experience has helped her to develop an intuitive touch and an awareness that there is no one size fits all approach for a bodywork session. Rachel is proud to be a Society for Oncology Massage Preferred Practitioner.

Rachel aims to create a calm setting where clients can rest and relax. She considers healing touch and rest to be the basic elements of establishing and preserving health and well-being. As a trained yoga nidra meditation facilitator, Rachel found great value in allowing the body and mind to rest when needed. She now works diligently to make her clients feel safe and nurtured.
