I have a degree in Health and Kinesiology from Baylor University and am certificated in Massage Therapy and Advanced NeuroMuscular Therapy. I was inspired to create Rooted Republic and its commitment to help anyone in their health and wellness journey.

My clinical approach to pain and dysfunction in the body has helped my patients recover from injuries and regain functionality. I am passionate about working with people during all stages of life. I have experience working with professional athletes to facilitate rehabilitation of injuries, enhance sports performance, and speed up recovery with the use of neuromuscular therapy and naturopathy. My interest in healing grew when learning how to support the healing process in my own body through naturopathic practices. My passion for true holistic healing is the combination of massage therapy and naturopathy to fully aid in the body's own healing process.
