A Mindful Bliss Studio Mission:

I created A Mindful Bliss Studio to offer safe, natural, and holistic solutions for everyone seeking balance in life. My journey began when I realized how many harmful chemicals we encounter daily, especially during pregnancy with my first child. I replaced conventional products with natural alternatives, transforming my family's well-being.

Today, A Mindful Bliss Studio provides a holistic approach to wellness, offering services such as yoga (hatha, yin, flow, somatic), Reiki, emotional release through essential oils, chakra meditation, sound therapy, and Ayurveda.

Our workshops include inner child healing, self-love healing and embracing, manifesting, and stepping into balance.

Regardless of your beliefs or spiritual practices, there’s a place for you here. We welcome all to experience our natural, spiritual, and holistic approaches for body, mind, and spirit.

This includes: inner child healing, self love, spiritual awakenings, breathwork transformations, intuition classes, holistic classes, coaching certifications and more.

What to expect in this Reiki session:

+Reiki (Moving any energy blocks that might be causing ailments, pain, illness, emotional and physical imbalance)

+Channeled messages that may come through

+Emotional release with essential oils (Forgiveness, Release, Inner child healing, Past healing, etc)
