In this day and age, many of us are constantly in go-go-go mode, which leads to some wear & tear on our physical bodies. My goal with my practice is to help others bring more awareness to their own bodies, to relieve any tension/stress not just on the table, but in their every day lives; to remind people of the importance of slowing down and tuning into the body, mind, & soul, of giving our main vehicle (our bodies) a "tune up" and keeping up with "maintenance" just as we do with the vehicles we drive.
