Hey, I'm Christy, but you can call me Taz.

I am a licensed mobile Massage Therapist, based in Providence Village, Texas. Which means that I travel to you!

I studied at the Cortiva Institute in Richardson, Texas in 2017 and have been licensed since 2018. I believe that massage therapy is an amazing way to ease pain, reduce stress, and promote relaxation in not only the body but in the mind and spirit as well. I am passionate about helping people find their perfect balance between therapeutic healing and relaxation.

Each session is catered and customized to the individual and may include a variety of techniques, including, but not limited to: therapeutic-deep tissue techniques, Swedish massage techniques, trigger point therapy, reflexology, muscle scraping, light stretching and mobilization.

I enjoy learning new styles and techniques of bodywork to develop my skills to better help my clients and I'm currently taking courses to become certified in meditation, Yoga, Acupressure, and Thai massage.

I am also a certified in Infant massage instructor.
