Sandra is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist specializing in structural bodywork. Along with providing a clinical approach to massage, Sandra spends time teaching her clients how to change the habits of daily activity that produce many of the aches and pains experienced.

Traditional massage therapy and advanced muscle testing techniques will assist those with chronic pain, improper posture, and those looking to increase performance.

Common issues addressed are: plantar faciitis, sciatica, frozen shoulder, headaches, carpal tunnel, TMJD, neck/back pain and much more.

Techniques include: Sports massage, Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral, Reflexology, Swedish, Hot Stone, and Ashiatsu. Neurokinetic Therapy is used as a big part of each session to determine dysfunctional patterns which create pain. Corporate wellness/event packages are also available.

Additional services include full body red light therapy, cupping, Theragun, Kinesio Taping, and G5, facial cupping.
