I use broad, slow pressure to “melt” tissue in directions that it doesn't normally move in daily life. This approach works well for a variety of goals, from mobilizing stiff shoulders to calming an overstimulated nervous system.

Massage therapy doesn't have to be a "no pain, no gain" experience. Through my myofascial and movement-based work, clients typically report a sustained sense of ease in moving and less tension for several days after a session.
