I was first introduced to CranioSacral Therapy when I was pregnant with my daughter. I was having debilitating migraines and had relief after a few sessions.

I decided to take CS1 through the Upledger Institute to perform CranioSacral Therapy on my children. I have also completed CS2 and SER1 through the Upledger Institute. My approach to CranioSacral Therapy is that of reverence because there are aspects of it that can only be explained by our Creator.

I attended Saginaw Valley State University for nursing and have been a Registered Nurse for 16 years. I have witnessed firsthand how crucial it is to live a fulfilled life with a holistic health approach. I want to exemplify that in my personal and professional life.

I have been married to my husband for 16 years and we have 3 children and a dog.

I will be available at Body Mechanics Therapy & Wellness in Freeland, Michigan on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. I would be honored to work with you.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching my children play various sports, spending as much time as possible outside in the summer, and learning to bake and garden.
