*Massage should NOT be painful. Level of firmness of touch is adjusted to each client's needs. Keep therapist informed of your comfort levels.

* Your health and personal information and conversations are strictly and completely confidential.

*A variety of techniques will be used to customize your massage to your specific needs and may include any of the following: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Hot Stones, Accupressure, Energy Work, Shiatsu, Active & Passive Stretching, Gua Sha, Cupping, Gentle Healing Touch, Prenatal & Postnatal, Sound, & therapist developed techniques.

*Each Massage is Unique as Yourself, its like healing Alchemy body work.

*You may bring nursing babies along!

*Massage can be done in a wheelchair

*Everyone deserves bodywork if you are unable to pay, please contact me and we can work something out. Or if you are able pay it forward for someone else to receive.

"No Shows" (missed appointment without calling).

Please do not "no show" I am happy to reschedule your appointment, just call or text.

"No Shows" will be charged for missed appointment.

If you have symptoms of illness at all, cold, flu, covid or otherwise please call or text to reschedule your appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start treatment.

Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.
