What brought me to the career of massage therapy was a love for making people feel good. What kept me here is a passion for helping people heal.

Over the years I have learned that most people are so wrapped up in their everyday lives that they don't make enough time to relax or connect with themselves. The focus of my work is not only to help people feel better physically, but to give them a space where they can rest and relax mentally and emotionally as well; a space where they can escape the busyness and the chaos by which most people become consumed, where they can pause, take a breath and check in with themselves.

My work is slower paced and utilizes techniques that encourage a calming of the nervous system. I also blend these techniques with deep tissue work, passive and active muscle release techniques, as well as stretching, all depending on the client's needs.

Deeper Connections is located in downtown Brighton inside of the Brighton Yoga Center. Classes are available to those who are interested in combining a personal practice with massage therapy.
