Harmonizing Flow treatments are for the overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, and/or stressed. Flowing strokes will sooth hypertension and ground you, allowing you to truly relax.

Self-Massage Classes. Reconnect with yourself and learn how to relieve achy feet, headaches, and mitigate muscle pain. Whether you're sore from sports, tired from work, or drained from home care, learning to work on your own body is an important skill and will help keep you healthy and thriving. This is also a spiritually rejuvenating and intimate setting with a meditation after the class.
