I have found Clinical Reflexology to be an important key to listening to your body and helping advocate your own health and wellness journey.

Using relaxing Reflexology techniques by way of trigger points on the feet, hands, face and ears, I help clear pathways, assisting the body, mind and human spirit to begin healing, relieving pain, easing trauma, dismissing stress and calming anxiety.

Clinical Reflexology may just be the change you need. Benefits of Reflexology for common ailments include:

-Reduce stress, anxiety and promote relaxation

-Alleviate headaches, migraines

-Insomnia

-Digestive issues; indigestion, constipation, IBS

-Pain Management; back pain, arthritis, plantar fascites, menstural cramps
