Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person’s health and well-being. Our goal here at NMT is to improve the quality of life for our clients. Whether that be to help clients recover from a previous injury or with pain management for conditions that are not curable, or even to help them design a fitness plan designed for them specifically. We offer options in pain management, injury rehab, long term (chronic) conditions, and sports/athletic rehabilitation as well as fitness rehabilitation. People seek massage therapy for a variety of reasons – to reduce stress and anxiety, relax muscles, rehabilitate injuries, reduce pain, and promote overall health and wellness. Let us help you reach your goals today. There are dozens of types of massage therapy methods (also called modalities) for all walks of life.
