My bodywork is slow, focused, and intentional — rooted in nearly a decade of hands-on experience in deep tissue, medical (injury rehab, TMJ disorders, oncology), and Traditional Thai massage. I tailor every session to your body — how it moves, how it holds tension, and how it heals.
