Policies & Guidelines

Cancellation Policy

To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, we require a credit card on file when booking. Your card will only be charged if cancellation or no-show policies are not followed.
• Illness & Emergencies: If you have a fever, infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your appointment, please reschedule for your well-being and ours.

•Inclement Weather: In cases of severe weather, both clients and therapists may need to reschedule. Cancellations will be verified via time-stamped voicemail at 828-504-0873.

•No-Shows: A 100% service fee will be charged for missed appointments. Payment must be received before booking future sessions.

Appointment Confirmation & Arrival

•You will receive a courtesy text reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Please note your session time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, or cancellation fees.

•Late Arrivals: To respect all clients’ time, late arrivals may result in a shortened session while the full session fee will still apply.

Gift Certificates & Packages

•Prepaid sessions and gift certificates will be redeemed for missed or late-canceled appointments.

•All sales are final-no refunds on unused balances.

Health & Safety Policies

• COVID-19: If you test positive or are exposed to COVID-19, please reschedule at least 10 days after your positive test or exposure to protect our high-risk clients.

•Inappropriate Behavior: Massage therapy is strictly for professional, therapeutic purposes. Any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate session termination, full-service charge plus 25% gratuity, and possible reporting to authorities.
