As a Licensed Massage Instructor and Medical Massage Therapist, Dr. Kimberly Horne specializes in post-surgery recovery, medical massage, pain relief, and sports massage, providing customized sessions to meet each client's unique needs. Our services include a wide range of massage modalities, such as post-surgery care, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, AET, prenatal massage, and non-invasive lipo cavitation. Our goal is to create a holistic environment that promotes the integration of mind, body, and spirit for optimal well-being.

Below are the rules and policies that all customers must follow.

Hair Preparation:
Please arrive with clean, air-dried hair. Your hair must be shampooed and dried at least 24 hours before your appointment. Arriving with unclean hair may result in being turned away and necessitating a rebooking, which could lead to a price adjustment.

Health and Wellness:
If you're feeling sick, please reschedule your appointment. Clients showing up ill will be asked to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life happens. If you're running late, please give us a heads-up. After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will be applied, and we may need to reschedule to accommodate other clients. Please allow ample time to reach your appointment.

For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge 50% of the service total. “No-show” appointments will be charged 100%.

Additional Guests:
Please do not bring extra people to your appointment. We cannot accommodate children for safety unless they receive services. We are not able to supervise or ensure their safety on the premises.

Photos and Videos:
By booking with Art of Touch Salon, you consent to have photos and videos taken of your hair for advertising and promotional purposes. All media shared on social platforms is the property of the Art of Touch Salon.
