CranioSacral Therapy is a light touch modality that aims to relax tissues with long holds and gentle traction putting the nervous system into the parasympathetic state. Once tissues are relaxed, with gentle manipulation, the tailbone and skull bones can subtly settle into a more natural alignment, thereby improving the flow of the body's liquid systems, and calming the nervous system. With regular practice this can alleviate aches and pains, restrictions, and ailments by enhancing the overall wellness of all of the systems of the body.
