John Miles Wolin, LMT

John Miles Wolin loves to specialize and use the John F. Barnes method of Myofascial Release. His own journey started in 2011. After attending MFR 1 and finding immediate relief John realized that this was the bodywork he needed to practice and share with others in similar situations including; chronic migraines, tennis elbow, and carpal tunnel symptoms.

He attended The Central Pennsylvania School of Massage while still in high school. John would go on to teach classes and help supervise the student clinic at CPSM. Currently John teaches at the Integrative Bodywork School of Massage Therapy.

John has taken MFR 1 & 2, Fascial Pelvis, Fascial Cranium, Cervical Thoracic, Rebounding, Unwinding, Advanced Unwinding, Quantum Leap, Pediatrics, Mobilization, Women's Health, Healing Seminar, Skill Enchantment Seminar and Therapy for the Therapist.

Derek McGrath, LMT.

Derek knows what it’s like to live in a body that feels like a puzzle you can't solve. His own journey into massage therapy began with a search for relief following a spinal injury and a brain tumor diagnosis, a search that didn't just lead him to recovery—it led him to his calling.

Trained at the Integrative Bodywork School of Massage Therapy and under the mentorship of John Wolin, Derek is committed to the art of MFR and the profound, gratifying relief that it has to offer. With years of professional experience and a deep specialization in the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release method, he helps clients unlock chronic tension and regain their quality of life.

Derek has experience working with Penn State athletics including; baseball, softball, lacrosse, men and women's basketball, golf, hockey, volleyball, tennis teams
