Hi, my name is Anna Ellsworth, and I am passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies—physically, emotionally, and energetically. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since January 2019, and my work is rooted in deep therapeutic bodywork that supports lasting pain relief, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.

My specialty is myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage. I am deeply fascinated by the intricate world of fascia and how restrictions within the soft tissues can contribute to chronic pain, limited mobility, and emotional holding. My sessions are intentional, slow, and results-driven, using educated touch to create meaningful and sustainable change in the body—not just temporary relief.

My style blends multiple modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. In addition to Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Deep Tissue, my training includes Sports Massage, Muscle Energy Technique, Cupping, Gua Sha, Prenatal Massage, Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Transformational Breathwork. I am also trained in various forms of energy medicine, which helps me remain grounded, regulated, and balanced—allowing me to show up fully present and attuned for my clients.

At Lighthouse Touch, my mission is to provide exceptional therapeutic care that goes beyond relaxation alone. I believe massage therapy is an essential component of self-care and healthcare, not a luxury. My goal is to help clients manage pain, restore movement, and improve quality of life by addressing the root causes of discomfort while creating a safe, grounding space for healing.

I have experience working with a wide range of individuals, including people with disabilities, elderly clients, adolescents (with a legal guardian present), professional athletes, and new breastfeeding mothers—babies are welcome. I believe massage therapy should be safe, inclusive, and accessible, and it works especially well alongside chiropractic care, physical therapy, acupuncture, strength training, yoga, and consistent personal self-care.

I am committed to being a lifelong student of the human body, continually expanding my knowledge of anatomy, fascia, and soft tissue manipulation. When I’m not in the treatment room, you can find me at the park with my goofy golden retriever, Parsnip, hiking, traveling, writing music, or singing. Cultivating inner peace—both for myself and those I work with—is at the heart of everything I do.

Massage therapy at Lighthouse Touch is strictly professional and therapeutic. It is not a sexually oriented service. Any sexualizing of the session, harassment, or solicitation will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client will be required to leave and will not be rebooked. Incidents will be documented and reported to local law enforcement. All clients must provide accurate identifying information prior to scheduling. This policy exists to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional healthcare environment for all.
