I am Kristina Sing, wife, mother and Certified Personal Trainer. I have spent the last 30 years focused on family and my career as a mechanical engineer. I love to coach, guide and mentor the younger engineers. When I am not working, I love working in my yard, exercising, walking my dog on my way to 10,000 steps, listening to podcasts and audiobooks in my pursuit for answers to my health and wellness questions. I have seen how poor nutrition and lack of exercise has led to obesity, diabetes and numerous health issues leading to an early death of my loved ones. I have seen how life is way too short and unpredictable. I don’t want to wait until retirement to live my best life. I don’t want that for myself, for my family and I want to help you achieve your goals to live your best life now.

My doctor told me to “come back when I had something she could fix”, and “yeah, you are at that age…” This was not helpful. I was still in pain, my weight increased, and I just wasn’t feeling my best. I wasn’t finding the answers I needed, so I went out to find them. There is a ton of information out there. Just check your social media feed or do a web search and you’ll be inundated and overwhelmed with information, the latest fads and quick fixes. But what are the real answers and what are the best approaches?
