I believe giving our amazing bodies some professionally curated massage time enhances our immune system and gives the body time to re-calibrate so that we we can feel our best and boost our energy.

What you can expect in a massage session with me:

-A skillful massage from a professional LMT since 2002.

-Safety protocols being followed. Masks and hand sanitizer available.

-A good listener who hears what your expectations for the session are; relaxation, pain relief and/or injury treatment. Our bodies function best when in a calm, relaxed state. Massage can help you learn to relax and receive.

What I expect from you so that we use our time wisely:

-Being prepared to relax and focus on your breathing.

-Sharing your health history so that we do no harm.

-A clean body, please shower if you need to.

-Clear expectations and mutual respect.

-Please bring a water bottle and be on time for your session.
