Since beginning my massage therapy career in 2006 after graduating from Lansing Community College, my focus has always been on helping people feel better, move better, and live with greater ease.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings—including chiropractic care, salon environments, and hospice—each experience deepening my understanding of how therapeutic touch supports healing and overall wellness. These experiences ultimately led me to open my own practice here in Saginaw, MI, where I’m able to provide individualized care in a calm, restorative setting.

I hold certifications in cupping therapy, Usui Reiki, scar tissue mobilization, stretch coaching, and maderoterapia (wood therapy). I integrate these techniques as needed to help each client reach their specific wellness goals—whether that means reducing pain, improving mobility, or simply finding a moment of peace and balance.

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my three children, hiking, practicing yoga, gardening, strength training, and cooking—all of which keep me grounded and connected to the balance I encourage in others.
