Since 2011, I have been providing therapeutic services in the industry of Health & Human Performance for people from all walks of life. I have worked with hundreds of clients from Olympic Athletes to stay at home parents and even their children. I am extremely proficient at providing a range of services to my clients that are tailored specifically to their goals, needs and wants.

I have created a sacred space for people to recover, regenerate and restore balance to their lives and the demands that life brings to all of us. Creating a healthy active lifestyle is crucial not only for performance athletically, but in our homes and board room meetings. Manual Therapy (stretching, recovery, soft tissue work) 30/60/90 min sessions

Hybrid In-Person Session (Manual Therapy + Personal Training) 90 min sessions
